Announcing the Winners of Impact Week : Collaborating for a Brighter Future in Sri Lanka!

We are thrilled to announce the winners of #ImpactWeek at Colive.me #Ahangama, where nine incredible startups came together to collaborate and create a better impact in Sri Lanka. These startups have been selected for their innovative ideas, passion for change, and dedication to making a positive difference in their respective areas. Let's take a closer look at each of these remarkable ventures:




  • SPM Eco-Studio (Green Tech): SPM Eco-Studio is dedicated to solving environmental challenges through sustainable technology They tackle the plastic crisis in Sri Lanka by transforming plastic waste into valuable resources, offering upcycled plastic products, alternatives, shredded plastics, and environmental monitoring systems.





  • SeaSisters Sri Lanka : SeaSisters Sri Lanka is the first social enterprise dedicated to women's surfing in Sri Lanka. They provide women with equipment, training, technical knowledge, and courage to break barriers and enjoy the sport. Their goal is to empower Sri Lankan women and promote sustainable tourism through surfing.



  • AnyBanQ (FinTech): AnyBanQ.lk is revolutionizing the way people bank in Sri Lanka. As a NetZero fintech company, they advocate for a centralized banking system that makes banking more accessible, transparent, and affordable. With their digital banking marketplace, people can easily compare and choose from a wide range of banking products and services, making the financial system more competitive, efficient, and net zero.



  • Vedda Organics (Green Tech): Vedda Organics offers organic herbal teas and superfoods, drawing from Sri Lanka's rich traditional medicine heritage. They focus on plants like the Bilva (Beli) Tree, providing effective digestive aids and creating a lucrative market for products derived from these plants. Vedda Organics works closely with a community, supporting smallholder farmers and fostering initiatives for other enterprises to learn from.




  • Ace Academy (EduTech): Ace Academy is an online learning platform that empowers both tutors and students. Their comprehensive Learning Management Suite simplifies the tutoring experience for teachers while offering students a smooth and meaningful learning journey. They aim to empower tutors and provide students with the tools they need for a fulfilling educational experience.



  • Immersive Smile Plus (Health Tech): Immersive Smile Plus utilizes VR technology for psychological therapy, providing a low-cost and convenient solution to help people experiencing psychological and physical pain. They are dedicated to relieving suffering and promoting mental well-being.



  • Generation Alpha (EduTech): Generation ALPHA aims to enhance innovation and entrepreneurship among the young generation through quality education. They serve as a hub between the student community and the corporate world, connecting individuals with their strengths and values, building skills, and providing valuable exposure to the industry.



  • Elder Guardian (Robotics): Elder Guardian focuses on developing robots for the elderly, enhancing their quality of life and providing assistance. Through robotics, they aim to address the needs of an aging population and promote independent living for seniors.




  • KAIA Sri Lanka ft. Nomadic Artisan (Tourism/Marketing): "A Year In The Paradise" by KAIA Sri Lanka ft. Nomadic Artisan aims to promote year-round tourism in Sri Lanka and attract mindful and sustainable travelers. They create a unified communication strategy for the tourism industry through online and offline media kits, fostering collaboration within the sector and disproving misconceptions about Sri Lanka's seasons.
