1. Eligibility Criteria

Age: 18+ years old.
Remote Status: You must be employed, freelancing, or own a business registered outside Sri Lanka.
Monthly Income: You must prove a minimum monthly remittance of USD 2,000.
- Bringing family? If you have more than 2 dependents, you must remit an additional USD 500 per month for each.

You will need to submit the following to the Residence Visa Division:

Visa Application Form (Duly filled).
Request Letter from the applicant.
Passport Photocopy (Valid for at least 6 months).
Two Recent Photos (Passport size).
Security Clearance Form & Medical Clearance Report.
Police Clearance Certificate (From your home country, not older than 3 months).
International Health Insurance (Must cover Sri Lanka).
Recommendation from the Ministry of Digital Economy.
Proof of Income (Showing the required monthly remittance).
Certificates (Marriage/Birth certificates for spouse and dependents).

Main Applicant: USD 500 per year.
